Booking process

• The booking form is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking.
• Your booking is only confirmed once the final details and any required deposit are agreed.
• Prices depend on design detail, number of people, location, timing and travel.

Deposits and payments

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking and may be non-refundable if cancellation is late.
• Final balance is due by the agreed method and time.

Client responsibilities

• You must provide accurate date, time, location and number of people.
• Travel fees may apply depending on location.
• Late arrival may reduce appointment time or affect the booking.
• Major design changes may change the price.
• Group bookings require realistic timing for the number of guests.

Henna results

• Henna results vary depending on skin type, aftercare, body placement and natural stain development.
• The artist is not responsible for poor aftercare affecting the stain result.

Safety and health

• You should disclose any allergies, sensitive skin or previous reactions to henna before your appointment.
• Henna by Sameeha does not offer black henna. Black henna often contains PPD (para-phenylenediamine), which can cause allergic reactions and skin damage.
• For minors and children, parent or guardian consent is required.

Photos and reviews

• Photos and reviews are only shared publicly with your permission and after admin approval.

Cancellations

• Henna by Sameeha can refuse or cancel a booking for unsafe, inappropriate or unreasonable circumstances.
